Hello and welcome to my internet home. 
My name’s George, and I live in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire with my husband Nick.
I’ve just completed an MA in Multimedia Science Broadcast Journalism, at University College Falmouth. To blow my own trumpet – I graduated with distinction and received the Newsmakers PR Documentary Award for my film Rewilding Scotland. I’m now trying to establish a career that will combine my passions in life – nature, travel and culture.
Before Falmouth, I trained as an actress but never really got off the mark in the business as I was always sidetracked by the desire to travel, and to do that I had to earn money – not something that’s always easy as a fledgling actor! So for the past few years I’ve stuck to office jobs which, in all honesty, have been little more than cash cows to fund my travels.
In that time I’ve travelled to Madagascar, India, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Chile, Bolivia and Peru and despite having visited all these countries the list of places to see has grown longer and my desire to travel ever-stronger.
